The Norwegian regions marked in dark blue have chosen TravelMagic. Areas bounded by red use the same database and thus one can search for travels across the region borders. The regions Oppland, Hedmark and Nord-Trøndelag are all running different services based on TM’s search engine. The past year all travel planners have been upgraded to TM3.
The travel planners contain options for searching to and from specified addresses, POI and maps. TM3 is also better adapted to UU design. NSB (the Norwegian Railway) has released its train data schedule on RegTopp format, which provides the opportunity, in some regions, to plan trips with a combination of bus and train travels for large distances. Some of the online solutions are customized to responsive design (see e.g. Skyss.no), which means they are well adapted to tablets and smart phones’ web browser. Agder Kollektivtrafikk has integrated its solution with real-time information (SIRI ET) and deviation reports (SIRI SX).
